I’m not certain when Peter Thomas Roth products came across my radar the first time, however, I am certain that his products are not only marvelous but extremely effective too. Many of his lotions and potions have received numerous magazine awards, both in ladies publications, as well as in men’s glossies.
My favorite Peter Thomas Roth product is his Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel. This oil-free cleanser has anti-wrinkle ingredients including Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, peach extract, white oak bark, lemon, lime, linden, grapefruit and Arginine… it brightens, rejuvenates and clarifies like no other cleanser I’ve ever tried.
It’s no wonder that Peter found his passion in skin care — his family owned and operated spa resorts in Hungary in the 1800’s and early 1900’s and when Peter launched his own product line in 1993 the first issue he addressed was acne. As the years passed, anti-aging became a primary concern and he continued to base his philosophy on incorporating muds and minerals found in Hungarian thermal springs for soothing and healing.
