Starlets in their twenties should look flawless, right? After all, how much effort did it take for any of us to look pretty when we had the gift of youth on our side?
The real impressive beauties to me are those “of a certain age”. For example, Susan Sarandon, Isabella Rosellini, Ellen Barkin, Meg Ryan and Meryl Streep, have all aged so gracefully and beautifully I aspire to achieve the same.
These beauties all share the same makeup artist, Laura Mercier. Laura makes the best concealer for those of us no longer in our twenties! The concealer is called Secret Camouflage and it’s a unique two-toned, oil-free palette permitting you to customize the color to conceal discolorations, imperfections and redness. Laura developed her own cosmetic line in 1996 and quickly became famous for her four step “Flawless Face” technique. The four steps are: prime, foundation, concealer, and powder. Many of her products are award winning, however, this iconic concealer is by far my favorite.
